Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
우리가 사랑하는 것은 하나님께서 먼저 우리를 사랑하셨기 때문입니다.

하나님께서 세상을 이처럼 사랑하셔서 외아들을 주셨으니 이는 그를 믿는 사람마다 멸망하지 않고 영생을 얻게 하려는 것이다. 하나님께서 자신의 아들을 세상에 보내신 것은 세상을 심판하시려는 것이 아니라 그 아들을 통해 세상을 구원하시려는 것이다.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
